| My love of dogs started at a young age. As a child, I enjoyed visiting my aunt's home who showed Great
Danes, Beagles and German Shorthaired Pointers. My first Dane was a fawn male; which I named Enzo.
Enzo titled in obedience, rally and was a member of a drill team comprised of only Great Danes. I quickly
pivoted into conformation and my second Dane showed in conformation as well as titled in obedience and
rally. Afterward, along came my blue girl, Danica. She was my foundation for Enzo Great Danes, my first BISS winner, titled in rally, and is in the Great Dane Club of America Hall of Fame. Danica's son, a blue male, "CH Enzo's Derek Zoolander Blue Steel RemyD GDCA-AOM" was finished as my first Bred by Exhibitor Champion and he has produced several CH, GCH, BISS as well as BIS Danes through the AKC. In seeking a juniors dog for my daughter, I acquired an Ibizan Hound and eventually bred her to produce "BISS GCH Enzo's Ahwatukee Sands v Abbaio" that I owner handled from the Bred By class to the top 10 in AKC Breed rankings. In addition to Danes and Beezers, I have co-owned Doberman Pinschers, an Afghan Hound, as well as a Whippet. I have owned blues, blacks, fawns, harlequins and a merle and have shown every color of Great Dane. I am currently on the Board of Directors for the Great Dane Club of America as well as past President for the Great Dane Club of Arizona and am a licensed AKC judge for several working and hound breeds. I have a baccalaureate degree from Purdue University as well as a masters degree from the University of Minnesota and work in the field of Human Resources.
