Biography
G Trevor Hiscock
KUSA & FCI Qualified All Breed International Judge

I come from a family that exhibited English Bulldogs, bred various types of birds and successfully raced pigeons, who was exposed to this way of life from an early age. As a child I also had a Cocker Spaniel and a Schipperke. I was a founder of the Irish Wolfhound Club, the Whippet Club as well as the Ring Steward Association and was chairman of an all breed club for quite some time. During this time, I served on the provincial council of KUSA, for many years, and was always actively involved in its endeavors. Breeds that I have owned and bred are Irish Wolfhounds and Salukis (Roaringwater) and can safely claim to have been blessed with remarkable and memorable dogs that were much loved family members. I also had a super Whippet and exhibited others of great quality, a terrific young Lhasa Apso and Mini Smooth (Tekel of the Year) and Mini-Long Dachshunds. I started judging in the early 1980's and have been blessed to be invited to judge superb dogs in various countries around the world.

Maintaining form and type to fulfil the original function has always been a priority and I am pleased to be a small part of those people who unfailingly try to uphold these ideals.
