Biography
|
| I grew up with dogs and that breed was Bull Terriers . When l went to University l had Weimaraners for 20 years and l also was involved in English Setters and English Pointers. Some 40 years ago l was given by my Grandmother a Wire Fox Terrier as this was her breed and she wanted me to get a "real dog" and so my journey into this breed began which as of today l am still involved with. l have also been involved with Bedlington Terriers, Norwich Terriers and also Kerry Blue Terriers. As l wanted to give something back to the dog world after what it has given me a lifetime of not only enjoyment and some wonderful friendships but the opportunity to have met some people who l once would read about in print and having been able to meet these people in person and from time to time around the world at dog shows sit with them and learn even more about breeds so some of those people became my mentors , sadly some of those great people have passed on but l will always remember our observations at Dog Shows and me learning more and more about dogs . l decided to take up Judging. During this time l have been able to Judge in the United States of America and New Zealand, Thailand, Ireland, Denmark, United Kingdom, South Africa, Japan as well as most States in Australia . |
