| Mr. Carlos Fernandez is a digital creator and studied at Universidad Trabajo del Uruguay. He has been influential in the dog world since the 1960’s. Starting as a Boxer handler, he became a certified judge for the breed and moved to Brazil in the early 1970's gaining international acclaim breeding Whippets, Standard Poodles and Golden Retrievers with over 150 champions. He now focuses on Pomeranians and won Best in Show at the American Pomeranian Club National in 2019 and top honors at WDS 2023 in Brazil. | ||
