His interest in pedigree dogs spans more than 54 years; as a young lad with BOXERS and concurrently for 24 years with top winning ENGLISH SETTERS under the PINETOP prefix. Latter years saw the addition of top B.I.S. winning SIBERIAN HUSKIES including SUPREME BIS at the 2005 Tasmanian Royal Show. There has been 60 CHAMPIONS in the three breeds from just twenty two litters produced in that period, exports to the USA, and a number of dogs and bitches imported from the USA, Canada, Great Britton and New Zealand.

In addition to the many BREED OF THE YEAR AWARDS and MULTI BEST IN SHOW WINNERS IN THE THREE BREEDS, his stock has been a record holder for the most number of Specialty Winners at home in Australia. Keven was breeder / owner / handler of the TOP DOG ALL BREEDS FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS, THE BOXER, CH. PINETOP OMEN, one of the breeds record holder for the most All Breed BIS wins and 4 consecutive Club BISS.

First licensed in Australia to judge in 1972 and All Breeds in 1985, he was given that same status in 2003 by the American Kennel Club following engagements in that country, (#7554), an honor given to few outside of the USA, and in addition to his FCI ABJ status, is now a senior ABJ with The Philippine Canine Club Incorporated, (PCCI) since taking up residence in that country. A former councilor in South Australia of the Canine Control Body, past President Secretary and Treasurer of Boxer and English Setter Clubs, founding Chairman and later President of the Adelaide Plains Kennel Club. As past Vice Chairman and a group leader of the ANKC Judges Training Scheme in Australia, he is an ANKC accredited trainee judges assessor and examiner. Keven has judged coast to coast in Australia including an unprecedented nine invitations to various Champion of Champions Contests, throughout New Zealand, Thailand, India, Mainland China, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, USA, in addition to 52 specialty shows in 32 breeds with pending assignments in several countries, and other assignments at home in the Philippines.
